Nokia E71 Smartphone Review, Nokia E71 Cell Phone Features

Nokia has come up with a new QWERTY Smartphone - Nokia E71. Check out the review as well as features of Nokia E71 mobile phone.

Nokia E71 Phone PhotoNokia comes up with a new mobile phone every now and then, so as to keep the customers glued to it. The latest product to be launched by the cell phone company in the market is Nokia E71, successor to phones like E62 and E61i. The Smartphone has been packed with a combination of great looks and excellent features. Unlike its predecessors, Nokia E71 has a keyboard that is much more rigid, doing away with the spongy feel. This means that you can now type your messages as well as e-mails much more quickly.

Nokia E71 Design

Nokia E71Nokia E71 comes with a thickness of hardly 10 mm, making it one of the slimmest Nokia phones till date. The company has even claimed that the cell phone is the thinnest QWERTY Smartphone in the market, at present. With E71, Nokia has done away with the drab, plastic looks of its smart phones and come up with chrome accents & a glossy screen. With dimension of 114 x 57 x 10 mm and weight of 127 gm, the phone can be easily fitted into your pocket. Though the size of the screen real estate has been reduced, the QVGA resolution makes up for it. Its TFT, 16M colors screen supports 320 x 240 pixels resolution.

Nokia E71 Features

Just like all its other smart phones, Nokia has also equipped E71 with outstanding features. The phone comes packed with a 3.2 megapixel camera, with 2048x1536 pixels, auto-focus and flash. There is also a secondary camera for video call and the VGA camera for video works at 22fps. Other features of Nokia E71 include A-GPS, Wi-Fi, A2DP Bluetooth, 110MB built-in memory and a microSD slot, with expandable memory of up to 8 GB. To add to the fun, Nokia has added plenty of software, so that you can take advantage of each and every function.

The 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 of E71 is quite stable, while its full complement of office, email and PIM software comes with separate mailboxes and home screens. Its Maps 2.0 application, WebKit-powered S60 browser (which even includes an easy-to-use feed reader) and strong integration with online photo services do not fail to impress you either. With a standby of 20 days and talk time of 10.5 hours, the battery is simply awesome. All in you, Nokia E71 is a phone combining style and usefulness.
