Which persons qualify as approved education end users?

Approved education end users must meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Full-time students enrolled in a degree-granting program at a qualified education institution or organization.
• Full-time faculty.
• Staff, or Employees at a qualified education institution or organization.
• Elementary, Middle, Junior High and High Schools.
• Public or Private Colleges.
• Universities and Community colleges.
